 Poetry workshops; Writing residencies and Arts/Diversity Projects
|
Workshops Louisa can deliver poetry workshops over half-days; day-long sessions or over several days, in a range of organisations. She can work with children in schools from year 3 upwards, through into Higher Education. As well as this she can work with individuals in any setting, from prisons, to refuges, and even as a diversity training tool for staff in local services. Louisa will use a range of poetry, including her own, to explore themes of difference, identity, belonging, oppression, memories, life for BME people in the SW as well as landscape and the sea. She will support participants to think about the poetry and use it as inspiration to develop their own.

Residencies Louisa is available to work as a writer in residence, delivering workshops in any setting over a period of time.

Arts Projects Louisa is available to develop Arts/Diversity project ideas with other artists and organisations, look for funding and manage projects. She enjoys working with other art forms, combining prose and poetry with movement, images, sound or film, and theatre.
